Melissa Solomon is a professional cellist and educator with more than two decades of experience guiding students toward confident, expressive musicianship. A full scholarship recipient at the prestigious Interlochen Arts Academy and a graduate of The Juilliard School, she studied under world-renowned teachers Timothy Eddy, Robert Mann, Earl Carlyss, and Jonathan Feldman. Her performance career has taken her across the United States, Europe, and South Africa, including appearances at Lincoln Center’s Paul Hall, Carnegie Hall, the Edinburgh International Festival, Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi, Accademia Chigiana in Italy, and the Franschhoek Chamber Music Festival.​
